(1) Material Preparation: Select metal sheets that meet the required specifications and process them through cutting, bending, and other operations to facilitate subsequent spinning.

(2) Spinning Forming: Place the prepared metal sheet into the spinning machine and gradually press it into the shape of a head through rotation and pressing. During the forming process, the metal sheet undergoes multiple rounds of pressing and rotation to achieve the desired head shape.

(3) Welding: Weld the formed head to connect it to the cylinder of the pressure vessel.

(4) Annealing: Perform annealing treatment on the welded head to eliminate stress and deformation caused by welding, thereby improving the head's strength and toughness.

(5) Inspection: Conduct inspections on the completed head to ensure it complies with relevant standards and requirements.

The spinning process is widely used in the manufacturing of pressure vessel heads and can produce heads of various shapes, such as spherical head, elliptical head, conical head, and flat head.
